(3) FOR HIS DEMAND to your Barclays to RESPECT HIM, their customer, at least because of their unprecedented 18 years' delay for returning his money;
(4) FOR LAUNCHING HIS OWN BMoney (Barclays/BOE/BIS debt to Beloy) aka Rothschild's Pnoenix Money;
