To Swiss Bankers Association (part-1)

The Barclays Bank has ROBBED its client,

and now it is attempting to K&LL him!!!!!

To not return what it stolen FOREVER!

That proven FACT undermines fundamentals of the banking industry, the key assumption in which is that everybody in the world must pay their debts! Otherwise, nobody in the world would be obliged to pay their banking loans and mortgages as well!

This is an official appeal to the Swiss BankersAssociation that represents all Swiss banks, including foreign owned banks established in Switzerland:

You should stop the crimes of the Barclays Bank Switzerland (Suisse) SA it keep committing on behalf and/or in interests of its parent Barclays Bank PLC IMMEDIATELY! Its activity COMPROMISES AND UNDERMINES SWISS BANKING SYSTEM!

And that situation is intensified badly because the Barclays Bank is not just an average bank: In addition to being officially the second biggest bank of the United Kingdom, it is also a so called “system” bank that cannot be bankrupted by default (a Central Bank, a “lender of last resort” in any country, which in this case is the famous Bank Of England, then needs to inter into the scene and pay the Barclays' debt).

S. Beloy keeps applying to the Bank Of England (BOE) for the matter during last three years, adding that a failure to pay debts means bankruptcy by any definition. However, he has not got a penny during last 18 YEARS neither from the Barclays Bank, nor from its underlying BOE!

Several months ago he visited official Swiss subdivisions of the Barclays Bank in Zurich and Geneva. An official representative of that bank smiled to his face saying he is unable to get his money as simple as that. It was evident his main assumption was the Barclays Bank may take money from its customer(s) and never bother about returning it back, - AS SIMPLE AS THAT!

No, Gerald Mathieu, CEO of the Barclays Bank Switzerland (Suisse) S.A.! A situation in which YOU PERSONALLY appear is not as simple as you want to believe:

Customer of your parent bank applied to you as a last possible for him opportunity to get back his money. Unlike you, it is IMPOSSIBLE for him to obtain the UK visa (mostly because of the Barclays), get ANY RESPONSE from the Barclays PLC (a year ago CEOs of your parent bank, who stand behind registering a legitimate status of your Swiss Barclays Bank in Switzerland, OFICCIALLY REFUSED TO SPEAK ABOUT RETURNING THEIR DEBTS to him, and that has been ABSOLUTELY UNPRECEDENTED EVENT FOR ANY BANK), let alone to speak with those CEOs directly!

You were able to help him, but chosen not to!

Moreover, your staff CALLED POLICE FOR ARRESTING HIM WITHOUT ANY REASON! Just to artificially create a FRAUDULENT formal reason for removing him from Switzerland to allow you and your parent bank to continue THE CRIME of not paying debts!

At least, it was unethical!

At least, the Swiss Barclays Bank had BROKEN the main Code of Conduct of both the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), and the parent Barclays PLC, starting from its famous motto “We put our clients and customers at the centre of what we do!”, which is supported by the Chartered Banker Professional Standards Board, which sets out the ethical and professional attitudes and behaviours expected of bankers worldwide. And your Barclays subscribed to this code.

In result, the Barclays Bank Switzerland (Suisse) SA under governance of its CEO Gerald Mathieu actually STARTED BEING INVOLVED IN K*LLING him (see details here).

“Nice” innovative practice of the Swiss banking industry!!!

S. Beloy was forced to visit many subdivisions of the Barclays bank in many countries for his own account. The Switzerland appeared the last possible destination point in that long chain of rather expensive travels. And the story must be ENDED EXCLUSIVELY THERE, in Switzerland, 

- AT THE CENTER OF THE WORLD's PRIVATE BANKING SYSTEM!

OTHERWISE, THE PRECEDENT OF THIS CRIME OF A DIRECT ASSISTANCE IN STEALING AND ATTEMPTS OF K*LLING BY THE BANK REGISTERED AND OPERATING IN SWITZERLAND, WHICH HAS BECAME A REALITY ALREADY, IS CAPABLE TO DESTROY SWISS BANKING INDUSTRY FIRST!!!

BEFORE THE USURY AND DEBTS WILL BE CANCELLED WORLDWIDE!

Forcing by your parent bank to visit the super expensive Switzerland, by the middle of July 2018 S. Beloy spent for that his last savings (he earned extremely hard in his poor country). But when shortly before that he (once again) informed your Swiss Barclays about his desperate situation, they simply DID NOTHING about it and continued the delay of the overall process, thus effectively PUSHING HIM TO THE DEADLY ABYSS OF EXISTENCE WITHOUT MONEY, AND WATCHING SILENTLY HOW HE DESPERATELY TRIES NOT TO DIE!!!

Thus, no wonder that if initially S. Beloy politely asked your bank to be a kind of the only possible for him channel of communication with the Barclays PLC, in response to your evidently arrogant not responding he later decided to BILL your Barclays Bank Switzerland (Suisse) SA for the need to appear in the Switzerland WITH NO PLACE OF LIVING ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD DUE TO DESTROYING BY YOUR PARENT BARCLAYS PLC HIS ONLY APARTMENT IN HIS NATIVE COUNTRY! AND THAT DEMAND - 50,000 US$ as of today, - IS STILL IN THE FORCE!!!
