Their initial official reason of not returning his money from his Barclays' savings accounts was ... refusal of Mr. Beloy to break the Law!!! Sergiy stated that he Never In His Life Broke The Law and not going to. Then, after first 12 YEARS of freezing his accounts, total sum of Barclays' debt to him started increasing with unprecedented speed, and now the bank simply doesn't have money to pay it in full. In result, during last 18 YEARS(!) the Barclays bank has not paid Beloy anything at all!
