As of today, the second biggest British bank with 325+ years of history Barclays PLC has actually stolen Beloy's absolutely legal deposits, - source of which was the British Government, - and considering its "system" status in British banking system (The Barclays Bank is a "too-big-to-fail" institution), and the fact that the underlying central Bank Of England (BOE) refused to pay the debt as well, that means defacto BANKRUPTCY of both the BOE and ... the Great Britain!!!
Meanwhile, CEOs of the Barclays Bank and all involved parties attempt to *KILL* Sergiy Beloy with a selfish intention to avoid a need to pay their debts, not realizing that his killing will also *KILL* THE WHOLE BANKING INDUSTRY AND MONEY IN GENERAL, - ALL OF WHICH ARE FUNDAMENTALLY BASED ON A NEED TO PAY DEBTS, - INCLUDING *KILLING* THE WORLD BANK!!!
They will not be able to restore the situation:
THEIR BANKING DEBT WITH ALL RELATED CONSEQUENCES THEN WILL LAST FOREVER!
The CEOs already forced Sergiy Beloy to break the law and create first in his life financial debt, in result of which he currently has no permanent place of living anywhere in the world!!! The worldwide Internet campaign of supporters of Beloy's BMoney (Barclays/BOE's debt to Beloy) in social media has already started.
The aim of the proposed Beloy's visit to Hong Kong is his probably last attempt to SETTLE his debt FOR ANY FAIR AMOUNT, thus preventing FATAL consequences of the FACT of already existent precedent of open refusal to pay debts, which will allow EVERYBODY IN THE WORLD TO FORGET ABOUT PAYING ITS BANKING LOANS, MORTGAGES, ..., AS WELL AS STATE DEBTS TO ALL WORLD'S BANKS!
Sergiy Beloy cannot obtain a visa to the UK (where main headquarters of the Barclays PLC are located), USA (which is a main Barclays' focus), and Europe (there are some restrictions with rules of his current passport).
But he is allowed to enter Hong Kong, where there are branches of the Barclays Bank, as well as all biggest bankers of the world, who would be interested in any kind of settlement for this case.
All Sergiy Beloy needs now is any kind of FUNDING!
The best possible way is transferring at least 1,000 US$ to his name in Croatia via WesternUnion (with obligatory note "Not for investment or business purposes", otherwise it will not be possible to obtain it).
The money is required for purchasing airtickets (if you can buy them on his name instead it would be OK), and staying in Hong Kong for at least 14 days for proceeding with his project.
The staff of the Croatian branch of the World Bank in Zagreb can also meet with Sergiy Beloy personally, if required, - just let us know.
