The Barclays bank created a situation for its customer, when his LIFE(!) depends on the bank. LITERALLY! If it returns its debt to him, the client will remain alive. If not, the client can DIE OF HUNGER AND COLD AT THE STREET BY THE END OF THIS(!!!) DAY!
It's wrong. It's sick! Bankers may not decide who will live and who will die! Their decisions concern only questions who will be little richer or little poorer. When a problem goes beyond that scope, their power ends. Human LIFE has the highest value, and banking math must be different there. Bankers are not Gods!
But Barclays' CEOs decided they are. They changed the rules. Including the ones that brought him to their top positions. And that always ends very bad.
During 18 YEARS they do not return money to its client Sergiy Beloy. This is exceptional case for the banking industry. And circumstances in which appeared Mr Beloy are also EXCEPTIONAL!
In many senses:
Main reason for such exceptional delay is SUPER EXCEPTIONAL: Sergiy rejects numerous proposals of the Barclays bank to break the Law!!! And that's despite abiding laws is a fundamental condition for existing any business, let alone any financial institution.
The Barclays' CEOs simply could not believe Sergiy NEVER IN HIS LIFE BROKE THE LAW! Such distrust to their client causes doubts in legality of main Barclays' ways of earning money.
What is more, for years the Barclays bank keeps trying other ways to make its client criminal! Their lawyers already accused Sergiy in SPAMMING, despite a reason for that was created by UNPRECEDENTED for banking industry official refusing of the Barclays bank to communicate with its client about returning its debt to him!
Then, their Swiss branches deliberately put Sergiy in absolutely extreme situation requiring breaking visa regulation, - AND THEN CALLED POLICE TO ARREST and deport him, - for avoiding returning Barclays' debt to him.
The resulting situation during last year forces Sergiy to break EU laws forbidding him to work there legally, thus TAKING AWAY LAST POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY to have any source of income, after Barclays bank actually STOLEN his money!
Last 3 YEARS Sergiy was forced by the Barclays bank to exist at the fragile EDGE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH!
Last months, arrogant reluctance of the Barclays' CEOs to correct their mistakes simply K*LLS HIM DIRECTLY!!!
Moreover, since last Friday the Barclays' attempts of his K*LLING DOUBLED!!!
Just one example:
Two weeks ago Sergiy REALLY COULD DIE!
And last time a similar drama could happen was yesterday:
