Since August 2017, when Mr Beloy sold his only place of living (a nice 4-bedroom apartment in the center of capital of his native country) to pay in full all his debts caused by the Barclays Bank, - in fact, BARCLAYS' DEBTS, whose CEOs forced him to pay it INSTEAD OF BARCLAYS BANK AND/OR INSTEAD OF THEMSELVES, by avoiding to do their direct job for returning his deposits that would be sufficient for paying all his bills due at that time), -
a new derivative (Barclays') debt for Mr Beloy was created! That was a need to pay certain monthly fees for leasing some space in a storehouse to keep there remaining stuff and personal belongings that previously were a part of his apartment.
Sergiy Beloy never charged the Barclays bank for these additional monthly payments. Until ... HE WAS ROBBED in December 2018:

At that point, appearing due to the Barclays bank in a completely DESPERATE situation, he first mentioned existence of that debt to the Barclays' CEOs, - together with CHARGING THEM FOR THAT DEBT, AND DEMANDING TO PAY IT EVER SINCE:

The Barclays' avoidence to pay these bills was clearly mentioned in Beloy's famous article "World Without Money" widely distributed among THOUSANDS popular bloggers!
