The failure of the Barclays' CEOs to return Beloy's money lasts during UNPRECEDENTED for banking industry period of 19 YEARS! But only after TWELTH YEARS of patient waiting Sergiy started taking counter measures, resulted in creating practically *INFINITE* DEBT to him from the side of Barclays Bank. However, despite their own rules, the Barclays' CEOs keep ignoring all his requests about any their debts. That unbelievable behavour urged Sergiy to propose to the corporate Group Executive Jes Stanley to RESIGN!
A similar suggestion was made about Barclays' Chairman John McFarlane ...
