INACTION - CRIMINAL ACTION!
FACT:
In 2000, the Barclays bank failed to return money to its customer Sergiy Beloy on his request. It also cancelled for him its international web banking services, as well as his Barclays' Visa card (long before its expiration). Without any explanation and even notice! First FIFTEEN(!) years of his pationate waiting Sergiy asked the Barclays to return his own deposits only! He spoke about just one Barclays' debt at that time.
But Barclays showed no intention to pay it EVER: Their condition for that, - Sergiy was proposed to break the Law, - sounded for him unacceptable. Thus the Barclays bank did its first REAL action for making it IMPOSSIBLE for Sergiy obtaining his own money FOREVER!
By refusing to speak about returning their debt to Mr Beloy in 2015, when he first started demanding his miney URGENTLY (because of disappearing jobs in his industry due to financial crisis), the Barclays CEOs did NOT KILLED HIM IMMEDIATELY then. But they started for Mr Beloy a kind of virtual "KILLING MACHINE" with, however, quite REAL LIFE-THREATING consequences!, - trajectory of which was easy to predict:
Without properly paid re-education for the new job niches, or creating new startup, Sergiy in his 50 could appear with ABSOLUTELY NO INCOME for existence!
And that would mean just one thing:
DEATH!
And CEOs had to understand that!
Otherwise they are not suit their top-level jobs
with $MILLIONS as bonuses!
Since that point the Barclays' NOT-ACTION for paying its debt has TURNED from a banal case of bad service of its low-level staff into SERIOUS and quite REAL CRIMINAL ACTION of its CEOs!!!
They COULD, BUT DID NOT PREVENTED A FUTURE CRIME! THEIR OWN crime of K*LLING ITS CUSTOMER! BY INTENTIONAL LEAVING HIM WITH NO MONEY AT ALL!
After doubtful using his money as their (fraudelent) assets last 18 years.
That's why today they fight so wildly and cowardly against his and our attempts to contact them! That's why they have built their big info-Wall (which is a crime on its own too),
- INSTEAD OF SIMPLY PAYING THEIR DEBTS!
According to their selfish minds, complete absense of information about #Bgate case they used to created, will totally free them from RESPONSIBILITY!
The FACT, however, is (and our insider sources confirm it): The Barclays' CEOs were completely AWARE about Beloy's case!
Their today's silence is yet another FACT OF THE CRIME!
