During unprecedented 18 years the Barclays Bank does not return money to its client Sergiy Beloy, - FOUR OF WHICH WERE UNDER DIRECT LEADERSHIP OF THE GROUP CHAIRMAN John McFarlane! Moreover, during the last HALF-OF-YEAR THAT CHAIRMAN HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN CONSTANT ATTEMPTS OF BARCLAYS' CEOs TO KILL THAT CLIENT!!!
For FRAUDELENT AVOIDING TO PAY BARCLAYS' DEBTS that still are rising because of that like a fatal snowball for all related partners and shareholders!
That is DISREPUTABLE ACTIVITY FOR CHAIRMAN OF ANY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!
And although John McFarlane might look like a good-natured granddad, in reality he definitely is not! Being "a leading figure in global banking and in the City of London" by the version of official Barclays' PR team, he did NOTHING TO STOP THE KILINGS HE PREVIOUSLY MUST HAVE AUTHORISED!
Now he is going to retire piecefully to spend the rest of his life in "honorable" comfort?

Member of the Supervisory Board of

Non-Executive Director of Old Oak
Holdings Limited and
the Financial Services Trade and
Investment Board.
Plus,
Member of the following:
International Monetary Conference;
European Financial Round Table;
Cranfield School of Management Advisory Board,
Institut International d’Etudes Bancaires, and
the President’s Committee Confederation
European Financial Round Table;
Cranfield School of Management Advisory Board,
Institut International d’Etudes Bancaires, and
the President’s Committee Confederation
of British Industry,
etc.
AND SUGGEST HE SHOULD BE FIRED(!) THERE AS WELL:
THE FACT IS Mr McFarlane has NEGLECTED HIS DIRECT BARCLAYS' CHAIRMAN RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MANY YEARS, - IN FAVOR OF OBTAINING NUMEROUS FINANCIAL REWARDS IN OTHER PLACES, WE HAVE ALL REASONS TO BELIEVE HAVE NOT BEEN JUSTIFIED!!!
UNLESS Macfarlane FIND ANY FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITY TO SETTLE Beloy's case NOW,
WE WILL DEMAND PAYING THE DEBTS WITH THE BONUSE HE OBTAINED IN ALL OTHER BOARDS!
The current McFarlane's behaviour of SHIFTING HIS RESPONSIBILITY DIRECTLY AFFECTS HIS PREDECESSORS, - ALL OTHER BARCLAYS' CHAIRMEN SINCE 2000, when the Barclays Bank first refused its client Sergiy Beloy for access to his own savings accounts.
The further McFarlane's FRAUDULENT INACTIVITY ABOUT Beloy's case WILL OFFICIALLY MEAN THE FACT OF SHIFTING HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO ALL BUSINESS PARTNERS AND REAL(!) OWNERS of the Barclays Bank PLC.
